Your Robin building will be trucked to your site fully constructed and ready for use...no pre-laid foundation or land preparation is necessary.



Our exclusive Secure-It TTM Framing System features steel plates at the joints, along with 2'X4'stud-type construction and 1'X4' dadoed belt rails. 

Like our exclusive Secure-It TTM Framing System, this type of construction is not only strong, but is noted for its ability to withstand high wind conditions.

Ruffy's also carry the Florida DCA approval and meets or exceeds Florida Building code.  

Exterior

  • Stucco embossed mill finish corrugated aluminum siding and roof reflect 85% of heat and also has greater durability against dents and scratches.
  • Also available in Colonial or Polar corrugated.

Interior

  • Electrical outlet(s) and light(s) with 12 THHN solid copper wire in conduit

  • Weather-tight door with keyed lock and rust-free aluminum hinge and spring chain
  • Single hung aluminum window(s) with screen for ventilation
