Standard Features
Your Robin Multi-Module will be trucked to your site in sections and joined together on-site. No pre-laid foundation or land preparation is necessary.



Our heavy-duty Multi-Module features wood frame construction, pressure treated floor joists, corner bracing and 2'x6' rafters with steel connection plates for additional strength. Also available with steel stud frame.

Exterior

  • All pressure-treated exterior grade subfloor with double 2X6 skids and 2'x6' joists on 16" centers
